F&B Marketing Project

Palsaik Korean BBQ

The problem

Palsaik Korean BBQ had multiple outlets across KL but their brand presence wasn't matching the quality of the dining experience. Content was inconsistent, there was no long-term brand direction, and no structured approach to customer engagement beyond day-to-day posting.

What I did

Built and grew their brand together with them as a long-term partner. Beyond social media management - content strategy, photography direction, caption writing, and campaign planning - I plan and execute annual marketing events to boost sales, build brand awareness, and create stronger bonding between the brand and its customers. This is an ongoing partnership where we shape the brand direction together.

F&B Marketing Project

Grande Cafe

The problem

Grande needed its ice cream offer to feel more than just another menu item. The campaign had to make the product instantly recognisable, easy to share online, and visible inside the cafe at the point of purchase.

What I did

Directed and captured campaign content around the soft serve, custom cone collar, menu cards, counter displays, customer moments, and phone-style social shots. The visual direction connected the Grande identity with real cafe moments so the campaign could work across social media and in-store touchpoints.

Grande Cafe

Scope

Campaign direction, product photography, social media content, menu/POS visuals, in-store campaign assets

Instagram

@grandecafe.my

  • Product-led hook. Made the ice cream, drizzle, and branded cone collar the visual centre of the campaign
  • In-store support. Menu and counter visuals helped the offer stay visible at purchase points
  • Social content. Phone-shot and customer moments made the campaign feel live and shareable
  • Brand consistency. Extended Grande's identity into product, menu, and social campaign touchpoints

F&B Game Campaign

Palbok Korean BBQ

The problem

Palbok needed a restaurant campaign that could do more than announce a promotion. The goal was to make participation easy, make the dining moment more engaging, and give customers a reason to return.

What I did

Ran a recent restaurant QR game campaign at Palbok through KIIPTPLAY, using QR-based participation, voucher rewards, and in-store customer engagement flow. I also organized Korean drinking-game moments with the directors for social media content, connecting online attention with real restaurant action.

Client

Palbok Korean BBQ

Scope

Restaurant QR game, voucher reward flow, event campaign planning, social dining content, customer engagement system

  • Live restaurant campaign. Game participation ran inside the actual dining environment
  • QR participation. Customers could join directly from in-store prompts
  • Voucher rewards. Rewards supported return-visit behaviour after the campaign
  • Social dining content. Korean drinking-game moments were directed with the Palbok team for stronger social media storytelling
  • Engagement layer. Added interaction beyond normal posting and promotion
